Management Team

Olumide Ologun is the Managing Director/CEO for Wemabod Estates Limited.

He obtained his Bsc degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos.He also obtained his M.Sc  Estate Management and Master in Facilities Management from the same Univeristy.

Ologun, who also made an Upper credit in Town & Regional Planning from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo in 1987, comes with a very powerful private sector experience from UACN Property Development Company Plc, where he was the Estate Manager, Business Properties and was later transferred to MDS Logistics (a division of UACN Plc) as Assets and Services Manager before this appointment.

The Managing Director,has vast experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management,Project Financing etc.  and he is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and also a member of the International Facilities Management Association.

Ologun has also attended International Real Estate Management professional courses in Ghana and South Africa.

He is married with Children.

ADEBAWO OLUTOKUNBO OWOLABI: is the Executive Director of Finance. He obtained a B.Sc (Education) Geography from the Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye in 1986 and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1988.

Adebawo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

In the Odu’a Group, he worked at The Nigeria General Insurance Company between 1989 and 1998 in various capacities before being transferred to the Group Head Quarters – Odu’a Investment Company Limited where he served as the Company Accountant and the Financial Accounts Manager between 1998 and 2007.

MRS. OSIJOLA ADEFUNKE ADENIKE (MRS): is the Company Secretary. She graduated in Law, with the Bachelor of Law degree LL.B (Hons) in 1985 from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Bar in 1986. Before now, the company Secretary was an Assistant Manager in the Legal Department of the befunct National Bank of Nigeria 1990 – 1994 and Assistant company secretary/Legal Adviser, General Insurance Company Plc (1994 – 1997).

In the Odu’a conglomerate, she worked at Epe Plywood Industries as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser (1997 – 1998) and was Head, Corporate Services Department at Cocoa Industries Limited between 1998 and 1999.

OLATUBOSUN CALEB OLAOLU: is the Controller, Public Relations of Wemabod. He holds a Masters Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Ibadan (1993), Full Town Planning Diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan (1998) and also a Post-Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from The Polytechnic, Ibadan (2001).

The Controller Public Relations has cognate experience spanning almost 3 decades in Broadcasting with the Nigeria Television Authority, Ibadan (1977) – 1982), Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State, Ibadan (1982 – 2007) and had experience in Protocol Services as Director of Protocol Oyo State (1993 – 1994) and as Assistant Director of Protocol, (2006 – 2007).

Olatubosun is a Member of the Nigeria Institute Of Town Planers (MNITP), Member of the Nigeria Institute Of Public Relations (MNIPR), Fellow Institute Of Corporate Administration (FCAI). He is also a member of the prestigious Ibadan Golf Club. He is married with children.

AKINTAN OLUGBENGA AKINYEMI: after obtaining a B.Sc from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1993, got a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos 1999.

He has worked as Shift Process Control Engineer with the Delta Steel Company, Oviwian-Aladja, Delta State before joining the Odu’a Group in 2001. Within the Odu’a Group, he worked with the then Operations Department before serving first as Production Manager and later as Factory Engineer of Epe Plywood Industries Limited.

He is currently the Controller Technical Services of Wemabod Estates Limited. He is registered with the Nigerian Society of Engineers and his hobbies include reading, lawn tennis and volleyball. He is married with children.

Olaoye Abigail Ireti (Mrs.)

Olaoye Abigail Ireti (Mrs.) is the Deputy Controller, Human Resources & Administration. She holds a B.A. (ED) English (1985 – 1988) and M.ED (Guidance & Counselling) (1991 – 1992) both from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

Mrs. Olaoye before joining the Odu’a Group, had worked with the National Board for Educational Measurement, Minna (1994 – 1996) and within the Group, she worked with Lagos Airport Hotel Limited (1998 – 2005), Cocoa Industries Limited (2005 – 2008), Lagos Airport Hotel Limited (2008 – 2009) before moving to Wemabod Estates Limited in December 2009.

Mrs. Olaoye is an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Mr. Bashir Olaniyi Oladunni

Bashir Olaniyi Oladunni is the Deputy Controller, Estates. He obtained his HND in Estate Management from The Polytechnic Ibadan in 1997 and holds a Msc in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan in 2004.

He has worked directly with seasoned Estate Surveyors while in the employ of Muri Adi Associates before joining Wemabod Estates limited in 2002.He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. His hobbies are reading and travelling. He is married with children.
