Chief Dosu Fatokun
ASIWAJU (HON.) DOSU FATOKUN: is the board Chairman. He represents Osun State. A native of Esa-Oke, he graduated with a Master degree in Urban Land Appraisal in 1976 from the University of Reading (United Kingdom). He also studied Establishment Surveying Business in 1980 at the Grandfield School of Management United Kingdom. He was a member of the Federal House of Representatives between 1992 and 1993, during which he was appointed the Chairman, Committee on Communication of the house.
Chief Fatokun is a Fellow, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESV ARBON), Registered Member, International Facility Management of USA and Nigeria Chapters.
A titled Chief, he is the immediate past President of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and is happily married with children.

Mr Olumide Ologun
Olumide Ologun is the MD/CEO, for Wemabod Estates Limited.
Ologun who also made a Upper credit in Town & Regional Planning from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo in 1987, comes with a very powerful private sector experience from UACN Property Development Company Plc, where he was the Estate Manager, Business Properties and was later transferred to MDS Logistics (a division of UACN Plc) as Assets and Services Manager before this appointment.
The Managing Director,has vast experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management etc. and he is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers and also a member of the International Facilities Management Association.
Ologun have also attended International Real Estate Management professional courses in Ghana and South Africa.
He is married with Children.

Chief Egunleti Adewale
CHIEF EGUNLETI ADEWALE: is a non-Executive Director of the Board representing Ogun State. He has strong commercial and industrial knowledge with experience in Marketing. Accounting and Administration.
He obtained his post-graduate diploma in Industrial Administration from University of Thames, United Kingdom in 1970. He has worked in various establishments including UAC Nigerian Plc, R. T. Briscoe Nigerian Plc and had served as special Adviser to the Governor of Ogun State on Political, Social and Welfare Matters.
He was the State Commissioner for Lands and Housing between 2003 and 2005. He is happily married with children.

Alhaji (Chief) Omokunmi Olaiya Mustapha
ALHAJI (CHIEF) OMOKUNMI OLAIYA MUSTAPHA: is a non-Executive Director. He hails from Iseyin and represents Oyo State.
He is an astute business-man, who has also headed various establishments both private-owned and Government parastatals.
As a politician, he was appointed a member, Board of Director’s Ogun-Osun River Basin Development Authority, Chairman, Iseyin Local Government, and he was also at a time, Deputy State Chairman and Community leader in Iseyin-Local Government. He is happily married with children.

Chief Oladele Bimbola
CHIEF OLADELE BIMBOLA: is a non-Executive Director of the Company representing Ekiti State on the Board. He graduated from The Polytechnic Ibadan with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban and Regional Planning in 1982. He is also the Chairman of Ola Bimfol Nigeria Enterprises, and member Ekiti State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Christian Wing.
His hobbies include scouting, research and events planning. He is married with children.

Chief J.A.A.Fagbamiye
High Chief (Surveyor) J. A. A. Fagbamiye is a non-executive director, representing Ondo State. He hails from Ile-Oluji in Ondo State. A 1967 graduate of Geography from the University of Ibadan, Fagbamiye, the Lisa of Ile-Oluji Kingdom, retired from the Ondo State Public Service in 1993.
Fagbamiye, a retired Surveyor-General of Ondo State, attended School of Survey, Oyo, in Oyo State, School of Military Surveys, Berkshire, United Kingdom, the Institute of Aerial Surveys & Earth Sciences, The Netherlands.
High Chief Fagbamiye, a holder of not less than eleven chieftaincy titles, also belongs to so many professionals bodies, notably, member, Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (MNIS), member, Nigeria Institution of Management (MNIM), member, Third World Association of Remote Sensing (MTWARS) and life member, Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria.
His hobbies include reading, listening to music and fish farming.
He is married with children.

Mr Adebawo Olutokunbo Owolabi
ADEBAWO OLUTOKUNBO OWOLABI: is the Executive Director of Finance & Administration. He obtained a B.Sc (Education) Geography from the Ogun State University now Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye in 1986. A Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1988 and Masters in Business Admin from University of Ibadan in 2009.
Adebawo is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
In the Odua Group, he worked at The Nigeria General Insurance Company between 1989 and 1998 in various capacities before being transferred to the Group Head Quarters – Odua Investment Company Limited where he served as the company accountant and the Financial Account Manager between 1998 and 2007.
